Shipping Methods

  • National Shipments: We use local and national courier services recognized in Colombia, with express or standard shipping options, according to the customer’s preference.
  • International ShippingProducts will be shipped through international courier companies such as DHL, FedEx or UPS, guaranteeing compliance with the customs regulations of each country.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs will be determined by the total weight of the order, volume, destination location and shipping service chosen.
  • Domestic shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order confirmation.
  • For international shipments, the cost will also include customs duties, import taxes and other additional charges according to the current legislation of the destination country.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer in order to monitor the status of the shipment in real time.

Problems with Shipments

  • If a shipment is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, Diversas S.A.S. will work with the courier service to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
  • In case of damage to the products or errors in the order, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, so that we can proceed with the corresponding solution, such as replacement or refund.

Customer Responsibilities

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address information, as well as to be available to receive the products within the agreed deadlines.
  • In case of returns or reshipments, the associated costs will be borne by the customer, unless the error has been of Diversas S.A.S.

Exceptions

  • Diversas S.A.S. is not responsible for delays, damages or loss of products due to causes beyond the control of the company, such as natural disasters, strikes or problems in courier services.

International Delivery Policy

For international shipments, in addition to transportation costs, it is important for the customer to take into account duties, import taxes and other costs that may arise when the products enter their country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Diversas S.A.S. cannot be held responsible for them.
