DIVERSA S.A.S. has a return period of 10 working days from the date on which the carrier delivers your order to the address provided in the purchase. You must notify about the return before the 10 working days are completed through any of our customer service channels: you can call us at the customer service line 604-4448154 nationwide, or you can also write us at comercial@diversas.com.co or visit our website www.diversas.com.co.

Requirements for the exchange request:
To return the product you can use the same packaging in which we delivered your order or use a packaging of your preference. However, it is important that the packaging is appropriate for the nature of the product so that it is not affected during the transportation process. Submit invoice as proof of purchase.
The product packaging must be in the condition in which it was received, in its original presentation and labeling, and have all its parts and accessories.

Exclusions: promotional products, products that are about to expire or those which, due to their nature, cannot be exchanged. In these cases, freight will be charged to the customer.

The warranty will not be effective in the following cases:
– When the damage is due to misuse of the product by the consumer, use, conservation or custody of the product.
– When the damage is due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
– In other cases provided for in the legal or regulatory norms in force.
– Products in poor condition due to poor storage conditions by the client will not be accepted.
– Due to expiration, returns will not be accepted.
– Due to quality defects for which DIVERSAS is directly responsible. In this case the freight will be assumed by DIVERSAS.

DIVERSAS S.A.S. reserves the right to exchange or refund money, according to the analysis of the conditions of each case.
